      Some of the customers and your co-workers. Everyone normally is on the same page to reach goals and help each other out.

      Cons

      Upper management! They care nothing about you as an employee. You are nothing but a number and as soon as you can no longer make the goals that they ask of you they threaten to put you on a action plan and ultimately terminate you.
