Pros

Worked with some good people, customers at my location were fairly regular with very few walk ins. Not a ton of pressure to sell like at some other financial institutions.

Cons

Incentives for selling products are lower than average compared to other banks and credit unions for the teller position.

Pros

A good place if you are using 1% of your brain and just want a place to spend time and earn money while away home.

Cons

Very bad management. What to buy, what projects to do is decided by one person, although he knows little about innovation and technology. Overtime working is served as the most natural thing in the working life. When you tell your manager that you cannot handle anymore work, he asks you why not working from home. By the way if you work at home out of working hours, unless you are solving a problem, you are discouraged to take overtime salary.
