Pros

- High exposure to different economies, especially LatAm. - Stable job (however it is changing, especially if you are over 45). - Market key player in several economies (Spain, Mexico, Turkey, Peru, Venezuela and Argentina). - Big impulse into digital sector.

Cons

- Sector is changing a lot, especially in Spain. Difficult to build a strong career long term. - There is a constant pressure of changes and layoffs especially in the HQ. - Spanish culture weighs too heavy on the company culture (there is lack of necessary flexibility to certain important markets). - HR and management strategy is not clear at all for the employees. - There is currently a big uncertainty about how to rate the bonus employees receive in February.
