Pros
Chalenging tech transformation ongoing Very good Apps. Way ahead competition Usually a flexible schedule is possible. Encourages selftraining (in a broad spectrum of topics, not all though) Employee benefits are good comparing to non banking companies
Cons
Hard to get a promotion. Almost impossible to get a salary raise No clear vision or direction (not even mid-term) Not very good regarding professional / personal life balance The company is huge so you'll be challenged, valued, comfortable...or just the opposite depending on the area/department you work in . Usually, the size also makes it very difficult to work.
