      It's a diverse place to work.

      Cons

      Management have no clue what's going on in their departments. They don care really. They allow lazy employees to do nothing while others do all the work. Management lies on production numbers to get bonuses and etc. The higher managers like VPs do not come and look to see what the small managers like Manger I and IIs are doing. They allow to much friendship management instead of everyone doing there jobs. The lazy managers and employees should all be fired.

      -Branch Level Manager is great -chance to travel a little as the float -generally accomodating

      Cons

      -even as a teller, sales goals get pushed above all else -constantly understaffed -Sometimes upper management seems to forget that we spend most of our time interacting with customers, and dont really have time to spend documenting every little thing
