      Pros

      Co workers was the only pro when I left. Years ago this was a great company but upper management is destroying a great company.

      Cons

      Put way to much stress on you. Take away any sense of life outside of work. Everyday you are pressed to do more than you did yesterday. When you hit your goals you are rewarded with larger goals. Management talks "work life balance" "best place to work" but thy DO NOT live it out by any means!

      Pros

      Laid back development , no work pressure. Great colleges to spend the whole day and best of all perfect motivation. It is great to be here

      Cons

      so laid back that projects get delayed and it hampers our tenure of project. It is more of self leadership and results are in our hands. Do your work and get appraisals.
