      Lots to do. Feel like you're having an impact on the organization.

      Cons

      Too much dead weight. High work demands. High levels of stress. Low promotion rate. Some employees are toxic. Hiring practices are inconsistent and a crapshoot as to whether they hire talent or not.

      Great benefits package, lower level employees are nice.

      Horrible training for new employees and overall culture. Management lacks people skills.

      Better than average pay.

      Cons

      Systems are terrible. It's hard to feel proud or confident to sell any investment product or bank service when the company's technology system and partner communication are laughable.
