Pros

It was a remote position.

Cons

Despite advocating for a flat hierarchy and boasting about being the best workplace among other banks, I found myself in situations that contradicted these claims. For instance, my manager asked me to complete a task on a Sunday during the elections in May. Additionally, when I needed to take my cat to the vet, I was instructed to take a day off, citing previous permissions I had requested for similar situations. I worked for them as a consultant, and although they asserted there was no distinction between in-house employees and consultants, there was a noticeable difference in treatment. As such, I would advise reconsidering if you're contemplating working for them as a consultant.
