Pros
Awesome Benefits and employee perks. I've built great relationships with a lot of employees in the company and I will have a long relationship with most of them.
Cons
RSS positions are dead end jobs, no growth opportunity and when you apply for other positions within the company, they hire from outside even when you are well qualified for the job. Retail is the worst customer service centric and brings the company's ratings down, and does not fit into the company's goals as being Globally Centric.
