      small regional bank with global bureaucracy; lip service to work-life balance but not in practice; very few people seem to be happy here; burnout is on the rise

      Easily you can gain entry level experience in the financial industry

      Cons

      Corporate culture unable to handle innovation, gross mismanagement of careers, a facade that puts on your evaluation your GPTW ratings, and a blantant cost transfering from Spain to filials makes this a poor choice to start a career, even in Spain

      salary is fine, specially because of the bonus, and the compensation package is great since it includes nice rates for credits

      Cons

      enviroment is horrible, people focus on polytics and bureocracy instead of work... its like living in pure canibalism where everyone is trying to step on you in order to ascend... working hours are 12 daily... as an average... even if you don't have work, people's value is set based on the time they spend at office, not their achievements
