      Good life-work balance, job perquisites and internal mobility

      Cons

      Almost no salary increase between promotions, which it takes more years than other banks. Risk-averse culture. If you want to do IB it a good start, but do not stay more than 1-2 years, otherwise you will lose competitiveness against your peers in other banks.
