Pros

Good benefits, paid vacation, paid sick, 401k matching, paid holidays, good co-workers, some opportunity for advancement

Cons

Advancement increases aren't great, management goes out of their way to give as little in merit increases as possible, fairness of pay isn't an ethical consideration(i.e. new inexperienced person can get paid more than current experienced people of same position), management doesn't care about anything but sales, poor management, trying to go digital in a smallish country city means overwhelmingly understaffed.

Pros

Benefits are fairly good, considering he current insurance market. The company offers a bonus vacation day every day known as "employee appreciation day."

Cons

The staffing in the branches is very very thin which causes a lot of stress with customers & employees. Scheduling can be challenging.
