Pros
Good pay Very good benefits 12 hour NON-rotating shift schedule No set schedule for breaks (take them as the process allows but still a 15min, 30min and 15min break schedule)
Cons
Very hot work( you work around steam, heat exchangers and reactors), a lot of the work is outside or very close to open roll up doors Very physically demanding Its a secure site so no phones are allowed past the security desk Security is tight so you have to be screened in through a metal detector while entering and leaving
