Pros

BASF only hires the best of the best, and that can be seen not only within individual production units, but throughout all of BASF.

Cons

Be on the lookout for site acquisition history. In the past, I've experience acquired sites with acquired employees that did not seem to embody the BASF that I came to know and love.

Pros

Decent pay, great coworkers and supervisors, unlimited OT, free safety gear and tools. You can learn a lot working in a plant. Good health care and retirement too

Cons

Bad upper management mismanages everything. Focuses on production and not quality. Causes customers to look elsewhere. Treats regular employees just like a number
