      Excellent benefits package including health insurance to retirement

      Cons

      Difficult schedule 12hrs a shift plus lots of mandatory overtime. Turnover is very high.

      Very political, management won't move out or up so everyone stagnant, HR aloof yet very tyrannical, management mafias operating in silos, no meaningful training, exposure on projects is slim to none, information is in short supply, overworked, too many meetings, worked under fear, a lot of fake kindness, multiple people literally passed away while I was there but HR refused to communicate it so hopefully you randomly heard
