structured, organized, typical german "engineered" company. sophisticated technology in many areas and processes. a truly multinational company with presence all over the world which provides great opportunity to learn about differences in culture

Cons

increasing focus to change major organizational structure over a short period of time. employees development can be pretty one-sided from the management.

Very nice place to work if your one of the upper management employees. Job not to difficult but must be done correct at all times

Cons

management at the warehouse could be a little more professional when it comes to each employee instead we deal with favoritism on a daily basis. Office culture here at the warehouse does not exist except for a few privilege employees.
