      Access to a wide array of resources and know-how, high potential for career development . Varied industrial opportunities over many fields of application.

      Cons

      Huge corporation with a good global strategy but limited by the local opportunities, if not flexible enough. Sometimes difficult to adhere to the global vision or local culture completely disregarded because of the global vision. Management turnaround too rapid for long term strategies to be implemented.

      Safety is very important, which reflects positively. It is essential that health and occupational safety considered paramount.

      Cons

      Was positioned ineffectively and had to fight my way through to simply be able to produce good work. It should've been easier to find the right position within an organization that obviously needed my skills.
