      Pros

      Excellent company which has shifted its focus over time to really invest in its people and talent. At BASF, people want to see you in roles where you are going to be successful. You own your career and development plan, though the culture definitely supports your ability to build skills within your current role in order to prepare you for the future.

      Cons

      This is a large diverse corporation, that has a plenty of procedures and guidelines to follow. There have been steps taken to streamline this internal focus, though there still is plenty of 'upwards potential'.
