Pros

The people at BASF are good to work with and the management team is very supportive and aware of safety.

Cons

The benefits at BASF lack to entice new employees to the company. When the plant was built in the year 2000, we had a lot of good benefits. Unfortunately, over the years most of the benefits have been discontinued and are no longer available.

Cons

Long shifts, unsatisfactory Temps brought in sometimes. Not alot of room for advancement. Better training definitely needed in most areas. Slightly lower pay than most chemical companies
