11yThank you for your post. During the interview process we provide a tour of the facility and set expectations. We do, however, appreciate the inconvenience the temperatures cause and do all that we can to mitigate the heat or the cold by providing extra breaks, fans, as well as free bottled water, Gatorade packets, etc.. With regard to the shifts - our employees are either on a night, or a day shift. If you have a concern, please talk to your manager or your HR representative.
