      Great company for consultants - less so for enabling areas

      Pros

      The people and the culture are the best part. You get to work with an international crew that's fun and engaged.

      Cons

      If you don't directly work with clients but with internal processes, the situation is very different. The company is growing a bit too fast and it still lacks basic software and human support in the internal functions.

      Very nice colleagues, cool headquarters

      Cons

      The company has gone downhill even since they got acquired by Infosys. It reminds us nothing of what it used to be. We now get ridiculous salaries, barely any bonus, no transparency and NO COMMUNICATION about what goes on. It is a very confusing environment to work and grow in. It all feels very unfair.
