      Fair working place. Keep to yourself and do your best and you'll be fine. Great HR department, and good bonuses and yearly raises.

      The gossip is like fire in this plant. Recommend you keep your personal life away from work life.

      Pros

      There is plenty room for advancement and they like to promote from within. Health insurance benefits are fantastic. 15 paid days of vacation a year to start.

      Cons

      Base salary is not all that good in any position. They do hold on to poor employees and let great employees walk right out of the door

      Overall I think this is a good company to work for. I think they offer a lot of perks and incentives and treat their employees with care. They are also doing well right now and are growing.

      Cons

      This is a very conservative company, so they are really slow to make changes/improvements and are not always the most efficient.
