      Good benefits Middle Management and below are amiable and hard working Good area/location for families

      Cons

      Extremely conservative German company US companies are required to be "lean" where Germany and others are not Male driven Very few minorities in management positions, almost none in upper management Behind in technology Lack of team work with respect to VPs Too many management jobs being "combined/shared" in an effort to save costs resulting in inefficiencies/confusion

      Autonomy to do your job, and the ability to get some support if needed. Teamwork with others and the employees drive to do their best

      Cons

      Lack of chance for advancement, a revolving door for the vp positions, and direction that always seems to change mid year.
