      Pros

      Very relaxed but conservative culture. As an intern, I worked very autonomously and was definitely not micromanaged. They are a friendly group of like-minded individuals who are (almost) always willing to help. Many employees have worked there for several years because it is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Not very progressive in terms of work environment (cubicles) and work-life balance. There are very few opportunities to advance the 'ranks' due to low turnover.
