      Inept Management New aggressive goateed f-bomb dropping COO turning the place upside down. Out with the old, in with the new. If you aren't a part of the new: layoffs, people being re-interviewing to keep their job. Really HRs goal is to demote you which has happened. Ones who could found new jobs before the axe came down. Watch your back if you are in PA - corporate. If you are in Pharma - Irvine they are automating that plant.
