      Pros

      B Braun Medical is an overall decent company to work for. The salary is average for the area. The on-site cafeteria is a nice benefit. Opportunity to learn how many departments work.

      Cons

      Minimal training provided. Company continues to squeeze employees for benefits every year. Working spouse surcharge on benefits is very costly.

      I can't really think of any pros. It's an environment promoting laziness and lack of accountability. So if you are good at doing the bare minimum and the blame game. it's a good place for management.

      Cons

      Lack of upward mobility. Management has no good work ethics. Not a safe work place for female employees. Overall, it's not a good company to work for.
