- Ineffective Leadership Skill of Management especially in Business Growth and Decision Making. - Unstable HR Department - Middle Manager are not so competent to handle team - Not be able to retained good talent to whom B. Braun has made - High Attrition - Not providing correct and clear information to junior management in sales - Always talk about sales number. No Human touch. - Rigid Sales Incentive Plan
