      Decent pay. Decent work life balance. Cannot think of any other pros- even though they are asking for a 20 word minimum here

      Cons

      Very much a good old boys mentality. Upper management/training paranoid about anyone having different ideas. People in senior positions have been mediocre at best in their roles. This organization does not encourage individuals to help modify VERY outdated and stale culture that is present.
