      Pros

      Good Products .Good German management.

      Cons

      HR does not show minimum culture and use all dirty words to insult you .In-fact this is a harassment ,but employees cannot raise this They hire and fire at any time without paying any compensation. Management keep a close eye to uncultured behavior . Put huge sales pressure and make you resign. Not concerned about safety when we travel.
