Pros
The culture & people at B. Braun are so kind & friendly. It is enjoyable to work with such helpful and nice people. The nature of the work is challenging and people encourage growth & development for their employees. I think that the benefits, paid time off, vacation days, & salary are very generous.
Cons
Depending on which department you work in and the project assigned, some people have the 'we've always done it this way' mentality still, which hinders optimal growth & ways to improve.
