      Lots of learning opportunities from people who have been in the industry for a long time

      Cons

      Company culture is terrible. Director will literally tell at you and others any chance they get. Everyone throws everyone else under the bus and no one takes responsibility. No accountability so nothing ever gets done. Utilizes such old technology that is outdated and far behind industry standard
