      Great team, great spirit, all people are helpful, managers are flexible and supportive Great area for learning and discovering

      Cons

      Work flow is structured by process, so you only handle a narrow segment with brands resulting in minimum exposure. Almost no laptops, work from home policy is restricted. Salaries at 2024 is still same since dollar rate = 16 EGP

      Love hate relationship with azadea!

      People felt like family, friendly environment, brands discount.

      Cons

      Endless work, very small amount of money compared with how much we work, no one listens to your POV regarding your career path and salary, you give your all and it takes you years for you to get appreciated, no bonuses for lower levels and huge bonuses for seniors and leads!!! Even though the lower levels are the ones who work 24 hours!!!
