      - Friendly environment - Flexible Working hours

      Cons

      - Centralization, everything is controlled by the headquarters in Beirut,yearly increases & bonus, promotions, working procedures. - Promotions are very slow (as a rule you can't be promoted before one year) and usually subject to seniority & office politics and controlled by regional team, even if your direct local manager recommend you they have the final word. - Management is concerned only with the sales and consequently they take care of front office team in the shops.
