a very active environment,good place to gain experience for beginners,good diversity

Cons

high pressure,automated where you have to work like soldier,limited career ,low salaries comparing to the cost of living in qatar,hard to get promoted after reaching shop manager position as there is a lot of politics involved,no balance between personal and business life ,grading system is unfair
