      payment done In time every month. Well defined role within the staff. Continuous feedback when working abroad. Continuos official bussines feedback.

      Cons

      Not enough salary amount when wroking abroad. Sometimes staff abroud feels forgotten by the heardquarter. Not easy get holidays. Too much hours working abroad.
