There are important projects in the company and good staff.

Cons

The management is terribly poor so the projects are very disorganised, and hence of low quality, eventhough you still do long hours. They do not care about the staff. Very low salaries. In essence, it's a low cost company.

Cons

Not enough salary amount when wroking abroad. Sometimes staff abroud feels forgotten by the heardquarter. Not easy get holidays. Too much hours working abroad.
