      Family feel and culture (particularly St Helens Office) despite being part of a circa 14,000 strong global company. Variety of interesting projects in the UK and globally in waste containment, land restoration, infrastructure, decarbonisation, and brownfield development sectors (to name a few). Strong and cleverly targeted organic and aquisition-based growth at present time (as of 2025) and ambitious yet realistic prospects of further company growth in the UK and globally (as oppsed to some competitors' 'hoovering' approach in the aquistions of smaller players). Supportive and dynamic 'Shared Company Services' such as Learning & Development, Tendering, Legal, Commercial departments.

      Cons

      Some teething issues in transition from ByrneLooby to Ayesa in 2024 (as of July 2025, it feels the full integration has happened, at least as far as the takeover of ByrneLooby is concerned).
