Poor Culture and Ineffective Management

401k match is one of the only positive aspects, and some of the people were very pleasant to work with.

Cons

Management is very ineffective and many of the “leaders” should not be in their roles. If a Senior Director feels the need to throw around their title to intimidate others, that is a good indication that individual can only lead by intimidation. Additionally, micromanagement and treating employees like children is an issue with some managers. Favoritism occurs more often than some might like to admit.

Discriminatory practices, State and Federal EEOC violations, defunct HR, Management inexperience, don't adhere to COVID guidelines. Mis-classified employees hired as contractors.
