      Amazing benefits but 5 days on-site

      Pros

      401k match is unbeatable, slightly above average PTO, student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement program, small HSA contribution, salary is well compensated, diversity, and great work culture. Job security seems solid as well, since I heard management tries to avoid layoffs by matching employee skills and interests with other teams when needed.

      Cons

      On-site 5 days a week. Only the basic pre-tax public transportation benefit.

      Easy interview process that moved quickly and well communicated. Good benefit offerings especially the 401k matching.

      Cons

      Offering hybrid work opportunities would be an added benefit.
