      Pros

      Benefits, 401k, and some of the people.

      Cons

      Many members of management are unqualified for their jobs and absolutely clueless. Harassing behavior by some members management is commonplace. Toxic environment in which favoritism abounds. Many talented and knowledgeable people have been placed on PIPs and let go after having been exceptional employees.

      Constantly in need of new people. Lots of people retiring who single-handedly dealt with some specific system.

      Good company, just not the most competitive.

      Pros

      Decent workload, good inclusive environment for everyone aka not just white males. Hybrid work 3 days a week.

      Cons

      Yearly pay raises and bonuses don't beat inflation. Pay initially is on the lower side unless you stick around for a while.
