      CEO and HR Stink, but Company is Great

      Amazingly talented team that is committed to energy transition. Pay is good and benefits excellent. Meaningful work and great opportunities to work with global peers.

      Cons

      CEO is a micromanager and uninspiring. HR and procurement processes unworkable. In office mandate impossible for families and awful for recruiting.
