      We are a close knit team working as a shared resource. I enjoy working at my own pace with little to no micromanagement. Kudos to my manager

      Cons

      Very slow/non existent upward movement for analysts not wanting to go to management route.

      Horrible culture starting at the top CEO is an unethical micromanager who leads with coersion Nepotism runs rampant - not skill based at all Old boys' club is alive and well Regulators should keep a close eye on them Foreign ownership leaves much to be desired

      Great company with fantastic benefits

      Pros

      The company has a wonderful work culture, passionate teams, and outstanding benefits such as 150% matching up to 8% on 401k.

      Cons

      Work can take on a boom/bust cycle due to so much regulatory reporting. A general rule of Avangrid is that everyone wants everything all at once since most people don’t know what they need. Full time in office.
