The company is expanding and there are a lot of new opportunities. If you are lucky and land under one of the few good managers you will have a lot of resources to learn and to grow within the company.

Cons

Management is clueless and the moral in the company is at its lowest. A lot of employees are unhappy. As the company grows the salaries get smaller.

Benefits are okay. Financially stable company.

Cons

Not enough people to do the work. They post position but they don't get filled for months, even years. One exception: spouses of high-level employees get hired for managerial and up positions that were never posted and the people hired are not even remotely qualified for the jobs.
