There are some great people to work with, very sharp and great humor. They are not the management, they are team members.

Cons

Middle Management is unorganized. The team in Connecticut has dismantled a small gas company in Mass and all but cleared it out. Morale is very low in all of the OpCos. Employees are made to take on extra duties for no extra pay and attempts at appreciation are empty. Procurement processes have become so cumbersome that vendors wait six months to a year to get paid. Hard work is not recognized.

Great opportunities, lots of work, decent vacation and health benefits, exposure to lots of different departments

Cons

understaffed - extremely concerned about headcount. if anyone leaves or retires, they don't replace the person. The remaining team members are left overwhelmed with a lot of work. Room for process improvement - lots of data manual entry processes that could be avoided. It can get political at times.
