Embedded side a lot of opportunity. good company if you are fresher.

Cons

Management is worst here. they are very lazy. If you have any concern no body work on that. Any process here takes 2 months. HR are worst people I have ever meet. they are very rude and act like a dictator. If you need to get any money(reimbursement etc.) minimum it takes 2 month that when you keep asking about it otherwise they will never give you. HR never reply on your mail until you keep president in CC.

They are in expansion at least in the research and development. I guess they need people. However i have seen some good people leaving.

Cons

Like any multinational some part of the management i snot mature yet. And some projects are mostly managed from outside.

Great quality upper management, project managers, supervisors and engineers. Engineers were recognized & compensated for their contributions. Great team feel in most departments I encountered.

Cons

Benefits started to get more expensive -- went from leading the industry with the best benefits [to attract top employees] to matching the competition. Some elitist was divisive.
