Pros
* Safety Technology. ore stress on Quality * Salary is more than average salary of Bangalore based Automotive embedded companies * Not much pressure * Small teams and hence get to work on multiple modules
Cons
* Good for Freshmen - as more development projects are small change packages or maintenance activity * Good for Testing - as most of the projects handled in Bangalore are for V&V. Get to work on great tools * Experienced Software developer will find it saturated soon. * Infrastructure could have been better considering this is a MNC, No proper canteen facilities
