- Very fast pace work envonirment, not much time to really learn or get trained - Not much appreciation of employees from what I have experienced - Seems like management does not want to improve faclities/test labs even though the company is growing at a fast rate and the programs are worth a lot of money - No good profit sharing/bonus - Seems like management is hesitant to let people move within the company and when they do allow it, it can take months if not a year to transfer

Too much talk, too many procedures, too bureaucratic A lot of corporate BS Scheduling meetings for discussing the setting-up of other meetings Boring and uninteresting work, too dependent on what the headquarters (that are abroad) want from you. Your job title might say one thing, but you should be open towards doing whatever (no matter how different to what you were expecting) is asked from you. Long and useless training courses and seminars Too rigid Creativity isn't very appreciated If you are an obedient, 'yes, sir' kind of man, there are ways for you to go up the corporate 'ladder'
