Was a great place to work for a long time. Manager was flexible and provided feedback.

Cons

During the last few years, something changed. The way this years cost cutting was executed was pretty rough for many people. Over 20 years dedicated to the company and they lay you off with 3 months severance. I don't think that is how you should treat employees who have dedicated so much to a company.
