      Doesn't treat you as a human

      Pros

      Decent pay, flexible shift choices.

      Cons

      Will work you to death. Mandatory overtime that management abuses, forcing employees to work 6-7 days a week, for weeks on end. Working 28 days straight is a normal thing here, and you'll be threatened with discipline if you refuse to work it. They don't consider you a human, they consider you a resource, and they will squeeze you for everything they can until it kills you. Expect your social life, hobbies, health, and sanity to take a drastic decline if you work here.

      Pros

      Awesome enviroment. Testing is unique along with AH building. They have sled testing, both Hyge & Servo. Also have a barrier test lab, awesome experience.

      Cons

      They hire you for 89 days then make an excuse to let you go. Poor pay. Avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      Good work life balance for the most part.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management and no opportunities for growth unless you plan on staying in your same role for 10-15 years. It's a socialist based company out of Sweden so your merits aren't based off performance but how poorly other regions are doing. It truly promotes a bare minimum mentality and it's obvious people aren't content here for long.
