Decent pay, flexible hours, good hands on experience dealing with safety issues as well as industrial hygiene issues, good work conditions.

Cons

Long commute each way (depending on where you live of course). There aren't really any cons that I can see from the position that I work in.

Cons

The working atmosphere is not comfortable, plant culture is dominant in everything, everywhere. White collars cannot feel comfortable by means of those problems.
